Scalar energy is the fundamental life force found everywhere in the world, space and the universe. It originates from the sun and stars and, as Tom says “it is the initial light that carries the intelligence of the universe”.
Tom has developed instruments that, through scalar energy, balances a person’s brain waves, their chakras and can even cure the body.
All he needs is a photograph of you, through which he accesses the quantum dimension and heals you. He doesn't need you, because our energy is in the quantum field and that's what he is working with.
