Scaling Your Business with Structure & Sustainability with Tatiana O'Hara

The #PrettyAwkward Entrepreneur Podcast

This week on the #PrettyAwkward Entrepreneur Podcast, I’m chatting with Tatiana O’Hara, she is an agency and team operations coach. We are diving into how essential it is as an entrepreneur to have systems in place for structure and sustainability, and how you can still have a game plan but also stay in your creative zone of genius.

Some topics Tatiana and I will be diving into include:

  • Why there is freedom in having structure within your business.
  • If you treat your business like a hobby, that’s what it’ll be.
  • It’s essential to have intent when you bring on new hires to your team.
  • When it comes to pay raises within your team, always position the pay raise as an offer with an open conversation.

To scale and grow any business, you need to treat it as such. By embodying a CEO mindset, hiring team members on board with intent and purpose, while having a clear vision and path to your goal, the sky's the limit! However, when you don’t properly delegate tasks, analyze what is working and what isn’t, your business will not scale and grow the way you want it to.

So be sure to tune in to episode 57 and take advantage of all the tips and strategies Tatiana O’Hara shares! You will level up so much as an entrepreneur and attain new levels of success once you set a strong foundation and system in place for your business.

As always, stay safe, stay healthy and stay #PrettyAwkward!
