Scared To Life with Ryan George :: [ Episode 107‪]‬ Thrive: Mental Health and the Art of Living Free

    • Mental Health

Feeling bored with life? Tired of the mundane?
Between work, doing household chores, errands, etc. life can often feel blah and mundane. One day rolls into the next. Before you know it, years and even decades seem to float by.
Today's guest gives us some suggestions on creating a life full of adventure.
Today’s interview is a special treat and quite different from most of the other interviews I’ve done on this show. We're hearing from Ryan George, a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie. He recently wrote a book about his experiences called  Scared to Live: How to Live an Extraordinary Life.
Ryan has done it all, literally. Ryan George has traveled to all seven continents and both polar circles. An adrenaline junkie, Ryan is a certified wingwalker,  a bungee jumping enthusiast, and a via Ferrata connoisseur. He has surfed in the Arctic, ice climbed on three continents, and paraglided in seven countries. He co-leads Dude Group, a spiritual adventure community. He lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife, Crystal, and his daughter, Deonnie.
Listen in to learn more about:
Practical tips on how to get more adventure into your life (don't worry, you don't have to skydive or bungee jump). We also discuss how adventure is essential. How to fuel your God-given passions with adventure, and explore ways to find adventure in everyday life. Lessons God has shown Ryan through his adventures. Connect with Ryan
