Pushed to reflect...
I love this podcast! Each week Brian takes me on a journey through the mind and thoughts of an author or expert, most of whom I am discovering for the first time. Some impact my professional work while others push me personally. Just today I heard the insightful description that the mechanics of racism is the minimization of other groups’ stories and histories—brilliant. Thanks and keep it going!
This podcast has put together a valuable collection of authors & motivational figures. I’ve been inspired with a lot of great ideas for how to improve my own life through time management, goal setting, and positive habits like meditation and mindfulness. As someone who hopes to write their own book one day, I’ve also found these interviews to be a great resource for learning how other authors have found success (see the David Burkus episode).
I’m a huge fan on Bryan and the things I’ve learned from him. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to expand their horizons, find purpose in life, and be the best version of themselves.
