My digital girlfriends
Just the start I need for the week! Funny, serious and necessary topics that some folks think about but have no one to talk it over with; that’s covered right here. I love how candid and transparent y’all are. Love this podcast. One of my absolute FAVORITES
Just a shame
I could only get through a couple of episodes of this podcast. One of the hosts Ashley is just too much. Her attempts to defend us black women while rooted I'm sure in a good place really comes off very uninformed and one sided. Many times her views displays a over defense of her own throughs where she could really learn more and grow by being opening to different views. By this she is robing herself and her views opportunities to grow. Instead of being someone who is "schooling life" she clearly is hurt, bitter and more importantly oblivious to very many aspects of life. While all this is necessarily bad because we have all been there where it hurts the show and thus the audience is the fact she honestly thinks she has it together. This show would be helped by a stronger co host to help balance ashley out. I have the feeling though if there was one strong willed enough to challenge ashley she would kick them off the podcast.
