Such a great podcast

I love the information in this podcast. I’m grateful for the dialogue between Ray and the guests. I also appreciate it when he just riffs on topics like oxidative priority. Such a great intersection of knowledge, wisdom, and experience.

The podcast keeps getting better.

Great Content, Need Consistency with Releases

Ray is fascinating to listen to. He truly is the weight loss guru the public needs now. Recent episodes have been sparse, so I hope he can get back into his every Tuesday release schedule.

Would you please consider adding notes to each podcast with links to what you all are talking about (studies, websites, etc.), and even the minutes when you are talking about these different subjects so when we’re in the car and can’t take notes we’ll be able to find these important segments when we get home?
