Great SCUBA content
Love the show. Great Lakes area diving is world class and this show emphasizes it.
Solid
I like the focus of safety and dive hacks. I think they try not to offend but the joke adds zero value for me. Their enthusiasm for the sport is awesome. Their love for cold muddy water makes me grateful for 55 deg and 6 foot vis. They have done a few nice interviews too. I think they know a lot about small boat diving and I would like to know more about that. Good show and it's getting stronger over time.
Update years later: I cringe when I realize the place name’s they are trying to pronounce and when they try not to offend and end up making things worse. They have become like those crazy uncles who you know their heart is in the right place. They are likely the longest running dive podcast. They are authentic good guys. I wish they would revisit some of their best stuff like hacks for staying warm, how to be a part of dive groups and keep them going. Another topic is artificial reefs. I would love it if they did a series of interview with folks about all the benefits and challenges from the uribe in baja to the lady luck. Of an interview about the wrecks off los angels?
Review
By far my favorite dive podcast out there. Great content and they talk about local diving that is relevant to what I do in Michigan
