The BEST guidance for navigating SDCC

I have gone to 5 SDCC’s and this was the first time I listened to the podcast. What a difference! I rarely waited on lines and got to see interesting panels that I might have otherwise overlooked. Thank you so much for putting this together. SUPER helpful. Please continue to do this every year. I will be back.

I listened to this episode hoping to hear thoughtful analysis on content and experiences the hosts had at SD Com Con. This reminded me of the office episode where Dwight waits in line to comment to the shareholders, and he first comments to them how inefficient the lines were with a roar of approval from the crowd. Then he continues to analyze how inefficient the lines were and how they could be improved, at which point the audience realizes he’s a weirdo.

The hosts here do the same. It was as if they were just talking to one another without a goal in mind, simply meandering through superficial topics like lines, security, pins and wrist bands. One point when the host mentions his favorite panel was the marvel panel “by far,” he leaves it like that, with no indication of why it was a good panel🤦🏽‍♂️. Hopefully in the future they will discuss content and their specific experiences af SD Com Con 2019.
