The subjects of survey comes up and we debate best practices, how they can be beneficial and miss lead, which brings us to the importance of A/B Testing.

Erik and Mark start off talking about Peter's history in Portsmouth, his contribution to the economy and his success as an entrepreneur. Peter talks about sitting at a dinning room table in New York where the idea came to him and his sister to bring a microbrewery to the East Coast. We discuss the rich history of Beer in Portsmouth and the United States. Tom asks about the economics of brewing and marketing beer. Peter and Tom talk about he need for education about beer so that people can develop their pallets and have a vocabulary to discuss tastes like with wine.
