    Mike Warner is an artisan fishmonger from Suffolk who owns and operates “A Passion For Seafood.” As a member of the Guild of Food Writers, and being deeply involved in promoting British seafood, Mike is also an ambassador with Wright Brothers in London.

    In this episode of Seafood Matters Mike discusses his firsthand experiences in the fishing industry and his efforts to increase the consumption of locally sourced UK seafood. Mike also voices concerns about the impact on our fish stocks and traditional fishing grounds, from the effects of offshore energy platforms, marine dredging, gravel extraction and silt dumping.

    Adrian Bartlett started out as a skipper and with Andy Hunting he founded "The Crabstock Boys", touring the UK offering cookery demos, including crab picking and fish fileting. He went on to open the successful pop up restaurant "Crab Stock and 2 Smoking Lobsters”.

    Adrian is now Head of Marine Operations at Ecomotus who manufacture the EcoPro hydrogen electrolyzer. In this episode we learn how this compact device can help fishing boats cut costs by creating higher thermal efficiency, increased torque and improved fuel economy. And by reducing CO2 emissions the EcoPro provides cleaner air quality for the crew and lower annual maintenance costs.
