USA National Club 7’s
First time listening to the podcast and I really enjoyed it. Can you do a rundown of the clubs playing in the National Club 7’s next weekend in Seattle? Keep up the good work. Cheers

Honest Question/Discussion
First of all, if you are here because you want the best of USA rugby in pod form, look no further. This is the best you can get. If I could
give it 6 stars I would.
After the USA vs GB match at the olympics, it seemed like a lot of USAR people (including the official Twitter account calling out the “haters” and Coach Fridays statement about how results don’t define us) I have an honest question that I think warrants a discussion.
At what point do fans and supporters of USA rugby (and the sevens particular) start expecting more in terms of results, and not just “inspiring more people to play.” I guess, I can understand that people need to be patient, they are growing a program and sport, etc. and they have come so far in the last 6 or so years. but at the same time, isn’t the best way to get attention in regards to sport in the USA to win? I don’t think me saying that the game against GB was a massive let down, disappointing, etc is me being a hater. Rather, I am just curious from your perspective, when is it okay to begin to expect top 3 or top 4 finishes from the sevens team each time they play in a tournament? It’s just my opinion that team sports at the highest level should be about results, not moral victories. It’s ok to say a national team underperformed without personally attacking players or coaches character.
-Signed, not trying to be a hater, just still kinda sad.
