SEASON 9 / Ep 64 // How Leaders Make Decisions - Part 1 of 4 Run To Your Leadership Challenges!

SEASON 9 The 2024 Leader
Daily Leadership Tips and Discussions
The DISC Assessment will allow you to understand a lot about yourself and others around you. One thing it will reveal to you is how you make decisions, and how your co-workers make decisions. This is an important thing to know as you get to know your team and what to expect from them.
Season 9 is a little different. After a 2-month break (Dec 2023 – Jan 2024), Paul is focusing on not only giving tips about how to be a great leader, but also a leader who is respected, a leader who people want to follow, a leader who can confidently navigate their way through both personal and professional challenges, a leader who is not afraid to share their faith while living it out, a leader who knows his/her purpose and lives to fulfill that purpose every day, and a leader who has no regrets!
As always, I value your feedback and comments, especially your perspectives and opinions. Please share them with me by emailing them to Paul@CLCTeam.com
Lots of new stuff to come... please consider subscribing, sharing with a friend, and giving me a review on whatever platform you listen on.
Have a great day and Lead Well!
