Hello everyone. I believe that now we all have entered the stage where our body, mind, our environment, our work and play ethics are all going according to the COVID-19 crisis. All of us are accustomed with the lady who asks us to take care of ourselves right before the phone gets connected to our boss, or the news which has not taken a step back from revising the number of citizens affected by the pandemic along with the updated news about vaccines, new symptoms are precautionary measures. However, what these information carriers have overlooked is how to behave, treat and aid the ones affected with covid-19. So, today’s podcast is dedicated to all those who have been affected with this unfortunate and unavoidable situation and to everyone who have to take a step to aid them.

S1 E 1 LOOKING AT THE BRIGHTER SIDE OF 2020
Although the year 2020 can be seen as era of mishaps and negativity, at the end of the day, there is only one thing that counts- each one’s perspective to view the series of events. Generally, we can label these as being positive or negative in our approach. It is true that there are some who are most of the time optimistic and hopeful while the others have to snap out of their very pessimistic mindset. To put it in a practical way, it has rather become a necessity to pull out some positive aspects from a negative situation, only so that our mind and body can maintain the balance. Too much of something is not right- this goes for our positive and negative attitude as well. To put it simple- the negative situations exists, what needs to be understood that the positivity should dive into it and only we have that power. Listen to our Podcast for more!
