Hello, friends! Welcome to the Seasons of Joy podcast. My name is Jill Pack. I am a certified life coach and I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Do you find yourself as more of a spectator of your life instead of a participant? Do you wish you could experience more joy, love and connection? Have you entered a new season of life and are wondering how to navigate it? I am here to show you that it is possible to create a life you love. You can find joy in any season or circumstance and, in the process, strengthen the relationship you have with yourself, with others and with God.

    It’s Not About You

    It’s Not About You

In this week's episode, I pose a question.  What if it isn't about you?  The human brain wants it to be about us.  But the truth is it isn't about us.  Our children's choices, our husband's behavior, or even what people say is not about us.  Listen to see what I mean.

I have always loved Jill! I grew up with her son, so I have been around her most of adolescent years. Long story short, now that her son is moved out and married, I don’t get to sit and chat as much. I mean most the time me and her son were hanging out like friends do but I always enjoyed hearing from her and her smile. She’s a AWESOME Mom!!! I mostly listened to this podcast because I was just curious. I really enjoyed it. I even subscribed.

The content of this podcast is very genuine. When Jill explains something I get more out of it because I know how genuine she is as a person. To anyone listening, Jill sincerely cares about making the world a better place, she wants to see people progress and grow and be happy. Looking forward to listening to all of these!
