Seasons of Skyrend is a custom 5th edition D&D adventure that focuses on the stories of our characters as they try to survive in the world around them.

The year is 164 A.T. The fifth age has been marked by recovery and rebuilding efforts since a great global catastrophe commonly referred to as The Turn. Cities fell, rivers were rerouted, and mountains came crashing down as whole continents were shaken to the bedrock. Our players begin in the city of Karami. The city lies on the central peninsula on the continent of Carricar. Karami fared better than most cities after The Turn. Like most of the continent, Karami lies in a state of perpetual autumn. Because of where it lies, the city also has much more night than day.

Our story begins in The Bard’s Rest, a tavern on the west side of the city. Where we go from there all depends on the choices our players make.

Simply a must listen!

Such a good show! Love the setting that the DM has created, and I’m loving all the characters! Had a late start and am still working on catching up. Can’t wait, but I’ll be sad when I can’t binge a few episodes at a time!

From the survivor of the bard’s rebellion.

I’ve binge since book 1 and caught up. Now I can’t wait for a new chapter every Thursday. From a great DM to his cast failing rolls, you just know it’s going to be a rolling and intriguing good time. So if you a love a monk vexing his bardic friend with bad drumming to a changling assassin then this is what you want. -ya boi THICC

This podcast is phenomenal. I don't know what else to say. Scott Blake brews a homebrew in a way that I haven't seen many do before. Between his elaborate world creatiion and the exciting stories of the players, I highly recommend this podcast. Each player brings a unique but wonderful energy to the table, and each character has their own strengths and weaknesses that enhance the story. Every NPC is powerfully developed, and the connection between stories and players and listeners is strong. I can't recommend them enough.
