She received the 2019 bronze medal in Exercise/Fitness/Yoga from IPPY Living Now Book Awards, which recognizes “books for better living” and authors “changing lives and changing the world,” and she is a 2019 Book Excellence Awards Finalist in Mind, Body, Spirit for her book 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas.
