Don't try this on your own - Self Coaching Removing "T" Trauma - I'm sharing my experience as this self coaching session started with the intention to remove a block that was coming up in my business progression.



What I experienced is called small "t" trauma. This type of trauma is common to everyone. Loss of a job, loss of a pet, ending a relationship, continuously being bullied, loss of a loved one. This differs from big "T" trauma, which I recommend seeing a trauma specialist for that.



--- Don't try this on your own - I know my body, I know my past and my limits. I'm also trauma informed and can recognise if i were to be out of my zone of tolerance. This comes come regular self practice. ---



within 1 hour I released / integrated past hurt that I'd felt as my younger self, and rewrote the story so that it's supports me today.

The programming that was set up when I was 6 years old, is no longer effective today at the age of 35.
