Jessica Addeo, coaches adults, mostly women, on how to regulate their nervous system so that they can be calm, present and truly enjoy their life.Jessica is an occupational therapist by trade, and has worked in pediatrics most of her career (over 15 years). Jessica specializes in the area of sensory processing, which is closely tied to nervous system regulation.

As she became a mother herself, she learned first hand just how much her own nervous system functioning impacted her (and her family) on a daily basis. Jessica began taking all of the techniques she had used with kiddos over the years and adapting them for herself and her busy, working mom lifestyle.
