This is my go to podcast on my 30 minute drive to work in the mornings! It helps me to relax as I go into the day. I recently found it, but it has already helped me find ways to manage my stress and improve my outlook and positivity. It has taught me that it is okay to ask for help and say no. It has also given me some health and fitness advice that is helping me improve myself daily! I’m going to be so sad when I run out of episodes to binge! The guests on the show are great and Emily does a great job of adding a variety of topics in her episode. I highly recommend!!! ❤️
