Fantastic

I've just discovered this podcast today and listened to several episodes. What I love most is that she gives so much complex information in a simple form along with some tips that may help! Thank you doctor!

Every episode helps

This podcast has absolutely changed my life. I have recently lost a friend to suicide so as a result I’m trying to learn more about mental health. This is by far the best podcast I have found. Every episode helps, even if it doesn’t specifically pertain to me personally. Dr Margaret’s wonderful insight and helpful advice has taught me mental health concepts I never would have thought about. Thank you so much for making this podcast!! I can’t wait to listen to every episode and truly work on myself, and gain the knowledge and tools to help others that might be struggling.

Thank you

I sought out a podcast while I’ve been doing some home improvement tasks over the weekends, and I’m grateful I found this one. I’m a masters level social worker working for a psychiatric hospital, and I see people at rock bottom every day. Seeing people dealing with such catastrophic mental health crises has made it difficult for me to acknowledge and manage my own depression. I sought out a podcast on dealing with infertility, something I’ve been struggling with for a couple years. I know it’s not applicable to a huge audience (I’m sure more than I’d think) but I so appreciate you taking the time to discuss the emotional step work that goes into dealing with infertility and miscarriage. I was diagnosed with depression years ago and I have a history of trauma that more than explains it, but the infertility struggle has given me guilt I’ve never known before. After that episode, I started at the beginning. It’s not only helping me as a human that deals with my own mental health problems, but as a professional in the mental health field. Thank you again.
