This is a very special episode for me because I get to interview one of my oldest and best friends. To know Andy Langsam is to love his fun-loving nature and mischievous laugh. Today, I was feeling inspired by an event I attended called The Proving Ground and I wanted to share what I learned.
During the event we had a chance to attempt missions with a group of strangers and we got to see first hand how having an unclear chain of command can lead to dreadful results.
