I am so grateful to have found this podcast during my beginning stages of practice building. Melvin has the gift of putting his listeners at ease while also inspiring them to take concrete actions. I like that there is a nice mix of structured questions and practical steps incorporated into the podcast episodes. I also appreciate Melvin's authenticity that shines through. So glad this has been so successful!

Melvin is so authentic and genuine, you can’t help but love him! He has a variety of guests with so much knowledge. I listened to over 100 episodes when I first discovered this podcast. A must listen if you’re in private practice.
