This podcast has tons of substance

One of my favorite podcasts!! So many valuable insights and very practical. I always take away several points from each episode that I can implement in my own life and practice. My private practice would not be where it is today without implementing many of the things I have heard on the show. Keep up the great work!

I am so grateful to have found this podcast during my beginning stages of practice building. Melvin has the gift of putting his listeners at ease while also inspiring them to take concrete actions. I like that there is a nice mix of structured questions and practical steps incorporated into the podcast episodes. I also appreciate Melvin's authenticity that shines through. So glad this has been so successful!

Too much fluff

Like many podcasts out there, these are too “fluffy.” Like a sandwich with too much bread, there is simply not enough meat. Melvin uses a lot of fluff talk before actually getting to the “meat” of the topic. I find myself frequently pressing the “skip 30s” button.

I appreciate what he is trying to do, but he fails short of delivering enough meat to make listening to these podcasts worth my time.
