He shares his story going from elite skater himself, to the top of the sport by creating the most sought after piece of equipment by countless Olympians and World Champions.
Paul is a 15x National Champion himself and qualified for the Olympic trials in 1988,19 92 and 1994.
Paul also coached team USA at the 2002 and 2006 Olympics, and team China at the 2010 and 2014 Olympics
Paul was inducted into the US National Speed Skating Hall of Fame in 2019.
Many athletes have won national, Pan American and World titles on his inline roller speed skating skates.
