Interesting topics that make you think

In a world where so many people are strongly divided, it’s nice to see a podcast that focuses on finding a middle ground.

Finally

Finally we have some folks who are willing to take a rational approach to today's issues. If you're interested in having a discussion around politics and policy without all the hype, super-partisanship, and rash conclusions based on memes and headlines, check these guys out.

The discussion is starting!!!!

Just listened to the podcast on race and being of Mexican-American decent I never really felt like I “belonged” to a “race” and have generally felt like if people were less afraid of the DISCUSSION we could make some real progress. That is exactly what sense and theory are doing for each episode and although they try to remain unbiased and look at a topic from multiple angles, ole beans comes on to roast them at the end and set them straight when they get ahead of themselves. They are growing and starting to include well spoken guests that have unique perspectives and no agenda. The podcast also gives you the sense of being with friends having these discussions yourself which makes it a great commute/workout/work/anything podcast. Reminds me of a shorter JRE that fits in my schedule better. I hope everyone supports them and even those who disagree join the discussion so that they can grow and get more and more guests to have these discussions that people are generally afraid to have out loud away from the protection of anonymity. They are making the world a better place and there podcasts are a great jumping point for starting your own research of you want a good perspective on a topic you know little about. I encourage everyone to jump on and join the discussion and progress being made!!! I think these guys have found a niche that fits there strengths perfectly and I could go on forever but just go give them a listen and see for yourself.
