Feels Like A Paradigm Shift
The power of what Lyvonne is doing with her show can’t be understated. Lately people have been telling me I seem "happier." It’s like Sensual Faith has been the impetus to my spiritual growth that began 10 years ago with womanism, 2 years ago with pleasure activism, and seven years of making sense of the Bible for myself. She exudes what she preaches. She talks about what matters to us and I know I’m better for listening. I STAN! This feels like a movement to me. I told the friend who recommended the show to me, I feel like I’m changing my religion in a way I didn’t know I could do.
