Serialously is hosted by Annie Elise, best known for her true-crime YouTube channel “10 to Life” with over 1.5M subscribers. Annie created Serialously after decades of listening to true crime and craving more than just the headlines; she wanted all the overlooked details everyone else seemed to miss. Here, you’ll find everything you’d normally end up Googling yourself - the timelines, the red flags, the social media history, and everything in between. Even better, you’ll hear the story the way you’d want to: like your best friend is filling you in. Annie covers cases in an engaging, conversational way with every detail sleuthed out. Whether it’s breaking true crime news, viral cases, or ongoing trials, Serialously keeps you in the loop in real time - just like having a conversation with your best friend, or hopefully your new true crime bestie! If you've been looking for someone to chat all things true crime with you and a community that’s just as curious as you are - welcome, we're happy you're here! xx *This podcast is not affiliated with The New York Times.

My fav for true crime

I love Annie Elise’s take on true crime events. Her storytelling is captivating and keeps me engaged and wanting to know more. And the coverage of the Karen Read re-trial was amazing. Keep up the great work. I wait for your episodes to drop every week.
Celebrity Sponsors?

Can you please stop promoting celebrity brands. Seriously? Kim kardashians skims? Like how are you gonna talk about Ryan Reynolds and Blake lively scandal with Jason baldoni… and then promote Mint Mobile. Seems as biased to me. Enough with the celebrity sponsors.
Great Topics Undermined by Sloppy Delivery

Serialously with Annie Elise covers fascinating true crime cases, and I really wanted to enjoy it. Unfortunately, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Annie frequently mispronounces words and uses malapropisms that make the episodes feel careless and unprofessional. Her speaking style is also hard to follow—she often talks way too fast, and her cadence is oddly choppy, like she’s unsure where sentences are supposed to end. Combined with writing that feels unedited and repetitive, it’s tough to stay engaged. With more polish and attention to detail, this podcast could be great, but in its current form, it's more frustrating than informative.
Just so so good

I didn’t think this show could get any better, and then you bring in Alayna for the Read case? She is INCREDIBLE. You make me laugh, but some of Alayna’s comments make me reach for my inhaler. I hope she does this kind of work forever, even if her first love is science, we need her in true crime journalism desperately! Xo
