She is an education reform advocate and activist, serving on the National Litigation Council for the National Alliance of Public Charter Schools and as a long-term member of the Alliance of Public Charter School Attorneys. She also works with private schools and boarding schools and was a member of the board of the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools. Pat is also active with issues related to education reform and school choice in Maryland.
