The stories stay with me…

If you’re looking for quiet, understated horror, this podcast offers that and more. The stories range from a few short minutes to a half hour, and that’s the perfect length for me if I want a quick, eerie tidbit. I feel the narration/storytelling is appropriate for the tales, as it’s not over the top, but the straightforwardness of it is what makes it feel like something that really happened.

I binged most of the episodes in the past few weeks, after only listening occasionally in the past. The latest episode released reminded me of the podcast, so I started at the beginning, and got caught up.

“To Grandma’s” is one story that left an unsettling impression on me, and I hope I stop thinking about it soon.

Genius

Creepy, smart and like nothing else in the horror anthology space.
