Clarity episode

Today was a great day!

I am an Alzheimer’s researcher and major advocate for women’s brain health. Our biggest science conference of the year was this week in Amsterdam. Many of us are flying home today with full heads, and full hearts, no voices, and exhausted on the inside!

So this morning I changed things up a bit, I
a) had breakfast with dear friends from around the world, US, Europe and Asia (social engagement)
b) took a long walk to the Amsterdam palace (exercise)
c) listened to a podcast about personal growth and development (mindfulness)

The podcast I listened to was this one, and I don’t think that it was a coincidence that it discussed the intentionality (and professional benefits) of creating a “clarity day” for yourself each month. I am adding one for sure.

Thank you!

Some podcasts make you feel seen, some podcast inspire you, others are full of advice and action items that allow you to better yourself. Rarely does a podcast do all of those things but Rebecca manages to do that with Write Your Own Story. Love listening and learning things I didn’t know I needed both professionally and personally.
