Adding Coaching to Your Business with Chasity Holcomb

Adding Coaching to Your Business with Chasity Holcomb

The doors to my digital courses for therapists are officially open! This includes The Crafted Practice, The Established Therapist Toolkit and Podcasting for Therapists. You can learn more and join here. The doors only open 3 times a year, so if you're ready, let's do this!

Ok fellow coaching dreamers, welcome to the Cassidy and Chasity show! Have you ever wondered if you, as a licensed therapist, could integrate coaching offerings into your business? Well, if the answer is YES you're in the right place!

Chasity is a fellow Therapist, wife, mom of two girls, and lover of community building. Quickly after hearing about coaching in a 1:many model, she created a coaching community, Momfully You Academy, where she served over 200 coaching clients in nine months. Decreasing her time seeing 1:1 therapy clients allowed her to experience true time freedom. Now, she is on a mission to pass her expertise on to other Therapists to help them turn their private practice niche into a profitable community by creating and launching a high ticket group coaching program.

In this episode we discuss the HOW (how do I offer coaching while keeping it separate from my license), the WHY (why is this a beneficial way to diversify and expand your income), and WHAT (what are the different models of coaching you may consider offering!)

Connect with Chasity on Instagram at @chasity.holcomb and learn more about her Therapist coaching program Evolve here.

One of the most useful and supportive podcast for a therapist at any stage

It’s only something like this existed when I first completed graduate school! Nothing in our work, actually prepares you for the business of running a private practice in the modern world. Dr. Cassidy’s podcast is warm and friendly, but breaks down some of the challenging and intimidating aspects of starting, managing, and running a private practice. her guests talk about everything from nitty-gritty finances and marketing to aspects of clinical work that can be personal and challenging for us. It’s honestly what every therapist truly needs. I learned so much from listening to her podcast, and I am an established clinical psychologist, but it has helped me expand and grow what I do. i’ve recommended her to some of my former students who are studying to be therapists, and to establish clinicians, and I’ve heard nothing but good things. Recommend highly.

Validating & Hopeful

Thank you so much! Being in private practice is so rewarding and scary. And coupling that with motherhood and managing maternity leave is even more amazing and scary. Listening to you and Marybeth talkAbout navigating maternity leave, preparing for it, and planning for your return back is incredibly helpful! Thank you both so much for sharing your stories!
