Transformation in translation

Shane Willard is a rare treasure whose teachings have taken me through critical passages throughout the Bible that I previously had no way to understand. He takes apart the words in murky and gloss overable text and re-forms them in a way that actually means something life giving and heart striking and applicable to my life. He also enriches the passages with cultural context of the time they were written and what they would have meant then in contrast to what we think (incorrectly) that they mean now. His is a precious ministry I could not be more grateful for hearing.

Mind-blowing

Great teaching! The truths I have learned from Shane Willard are mind-blowing. It has me taking a hard look at my relationship, perspective, and understanding of God, myself, and others in new light. It gives you that heart-burning, butterflies feeling that fresh beautiful revelation gives. He's funny too.
