Wish I would’ve seen this podcast sooner

I wish I would’ve known about this podcast earlier in my journey as I had already submitted my LOI prior to being introduced to this podcast by a fellow Midwestern classmate. I have gone through the process on my own, but have been able to go back and check on the values and really break them down. A huge thank you for Dr. Richard Low, and Dr. George Hariri for putting together this excellent source for practice ownership.
