Over the course of fifty plus years she has steered her leadership career from that home base to Executive VP of business development for a Chinese global enterprise. Along the way, she has refined her views on what it takes to lead in a cross-general world. That includes both cultural and generational differences. Sharon has much wisdom to share and she is both honest and direct in her advice to younger leaders.
