Love the mod, PVP, and theory crafting advice!

I have been listening to this podcast for about 9 months, since shortly after I started playing SWGOH. I absolutely love Wink's advice on mods and counter squads, GNP's offense/defense squad recommendation for Grand Arena, and the general theory crafting. I definitely feel listening to this podcast has helped me better focus me farming, and respond to the changes in game. If you are playing SWGOH, this podcast will up your game!

To be critical, sometime I feel Wink and GNP are hard to relate to because they are such end game players, and so on top of the meta. As a developing player it can feel like my efforts are completely futile when I hear how many characters they took to g12 in the last week,or that they finished a 7* farm for a character that was just released a few weeks ago. That said, the fact that they are such end game players, and so on top of the meta, makes the content truly worth the time to listen to it.

One other minor thing, probably because of the time of day when they record this, and because they are drinking, they can be a bit slow. I find listening somewhere between 1.5-2x speed is great, so make sure your podcast player of choice can increase the speed.

Lastly, I'm stoked that Wink just got better internet, so the conversation quaility and dropouts should be improving.

Mixed Bag

It's a mixed bag with Goodnight Punk and Wink.
The Good:
- Consistency. These guys are pretty rock-solid--you're gonna get at least an episode a week. That's important to me in a podcast and I can count on these guys to deliver.
- Insight. They're both Game Changers and probably in the top 1% of players, so they're pretty dialed into what's happening in the game and are great about passing along not only the news, but what it means and recommendations on how to adjust your play.
The Bad: (Many of these are my only pet peeves so take it with a grain of salt)
-Dead air. This show could probably be 10 - 20% shorter if it was either edited or they actually stayed focused on the conversation that the other is having. At least once an epidode one of them will completely miss a question the other asks because they were looking at chat or Discord, not paying attending or doing something other than focusing on the show. It makes for a very inefficient show.
-Sound artifacts. While they use high quality microphones, there's lots of extra sounds that make their way in. Guys, there's a mute button--use it when you're opening your beverages!
-Arrogance. Like I said, theses guys are among the highest ranked players in the game and that makes it tough to relate to them some times--or perhaps it makes it difficult for them to relate to "regular" players. But exclaiming that you're never below 70 omegas isn't really relatable to a lot of people. There's at least once an episode that I'm flipping off my phone because of something arrogant or condescending that they've said.
So in summary, it's a show with some great content that's marred by stuff that's pretty fixable if they were paying attention. Personally, I prefer Galactic War Report. Much of the same content but delivered in a way that's easier to digest (at least for me).
