    Sober Shaming

For some reason, we've been made to believe that we have only 2 options -- sober or alcoholic. But that's a lie. There's room to grow and evolve in the gray area. You don't have to pick the drinking you're doing now or nothing at all. Don't get me wrong: I do believe being completely sober is the best way. Hands down. But you're not a robot, and neither am I.
