Introducing Our New Hermeneutics Huesday Book!
In this episode I introduce the book that will serve as our guide/springboard for the next few months of Hermeneutics Huesdays. The book is Wisdom for Faithful Reading by Old Testament scholar John Walton. This is not a book club, so I will be working under the assumption that no-one is reading the book along with me. Amazing Bible Teaching
I just finished Her God Speaks podcast series on Isaiah today! I also got the workbook too and finished it as well (100% recommend getting it). Wow!! I have learned SO MUCH! I absolutely love how Aprile organized the Isaiah study into Layers and then had a podcast episode to go along with each weekly passage. This is what sets her apart for me. I love Aprile’s style and approach to Bible teaching. She has a way of making you feel like you’re talking to a friend. Follow her on Instagram too for great content that will make you laugh and most importantly point you to Jesus. Thank you Aprile for all your hard work on this podcast and with the Isaiah workbook. Can’t wait for more Bible studies like this one!
