Shelby Florenz: The Concierge Agent Real Estate Excellence

    • Business

Shelby Florenz, originally from Bozeman, Montana moved to Florida in 2012. Shelby never thought she could love any place more than she did Bozeman until she found Northeast Florida and realized 90 degrees in January beats minus 10 degrees every time! Shelby graduated college from UNLV in 2012 with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Civic Engagement and Leadership. After graduating Shelby saved up her money to live out her dream of moving to Arusha Tanzania to teach and volunteer in an orphanage called Living Water Children Centre. Before leaving Africa, Shelby started the interview process to apply for her college degree working in the NFL. An opportunity to work for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is what brought her to Florida and after a year with the Buccaneers Shelby made a small hop to St. Petersburg to work in the Community Relations department for the Tampa Bay Rays. Her time with the Rays organization allowed her to meet the then Head Coach of the Jaguars and a job opportunity with his family brought her to Jacksonville. Little did she know when moving to Ponte Vedra she would soon meet her husband and make Jacksonville her forever home. Shelby has fallen in love with Jacksonville for so many reasons, the weather, and the real estate but above all, she has fallen in love with the people. Shelby focuses on all types of properties, but she especially loves working with clients moving from out of state. Shelby loves showing them what makes Jacksonville, HOME. In 2021 Shelby was listed as the top 50 realtors in Jacksonville selling over $25 million dollars in real estate.
