I want to be sad.
"Your feelings are valid" might be one of the most toxic, underhanded messages we send to each other today. There is an appropriate time to be sad, there is an appropriate time to struggle, but if you are one of the women who is always on the struggle-bus, it's likely because you continue purchasing a one-way ticket.

I love their banter, if I'm short on time I just skip ahead. I gotta say though, I love them both but I just wish I could be friends with Joy. Love the parenting and education episodes too, ladies, don't stop those please!
One of my Favorite Podcasts
I started listening to Sheologians in 2022 and I’m grateful for the issues you ladies address, especially the hard heart topics.
Not sure why, but I was always adamantly against being a podcast listener - just wasn’t anything I was interested in. Until I found myself struggling with sin, specifically gluttony, and a very helpful Sheologians episode on the topic was shared with me. I’m so thankful that I set aside my podcast aversion and gave it a listen! Instantly I was convicted…but in a loving, beneficial way, and I was given biblical information to start addressing it. I enjoyed the next few episodes so much that I was tempted to say “I love these ladies and agree on Everything!” But I reeled it back in and decided I should listen to more first. From the oldest episode I could find, to the 2019 episode I’m now on, I have enjoyed every single one. Thank you ladies for taking the time to record your thoughts and joyful interactions! And thank you for always speaking truth boldly and obediently!
