The work I’m most proud of
Many of my clients have gone on to start their own career in health and wellness, and through the years I’ve spent more and more time supporting health coaches with business and marketing. Today I’m chatting with Katie Cooper, who had wonderful results years ago as a private client. Today she’s a certified health coach herself, working with healthcare professionals.
I didn’t know it when I recorded this interview, but as it turns out, this is the final episode of She’s Got Power. This Is Not an Episode. Here's Why...
So you know what? There is no episode this week. There is no episode, I guess. I am here to just tell you there is no episode. Because every time I look at my calendar, there's more stuff. There hasn't been a break in weeks. In months.
And I thought, I can't not record my podcast. I have to record my podcast. It's on my calendar every week. We're always putting out the new episode a few weeks ahead of time.
And this week I thought, I have nothing to say. I'm feeling quite burnt and I'm positive that many of you listening can relate. So I want to let you know that there is no episode today. I'm going to take a bath. I am going to take myself out to dinner. My kids are with their dad tonight, which is a nice break in a way. And I'm going to have dinner. I'm going to come home and take a bath. And that's it.
And that's it.
And I'm telling you, because this is your permission to say no to something. Not because you don't like it. You could like it very much. I love doing this podcast, but I just don't have it in you. It's these no's that we have to learn how to say out loud: "No, I'm not going to do that." Even when you feel like you really, really have to. But I'm positive that we are all going to survive if there is no episode this week.

Love this Podcast and sharing with all my friends
This podcast has been a real eye opener for me. I am hearing the stories and shaking my head and even agreeing aloud as I commute to and from work each day.
