S1 E5: “Selling” the Non-Sleazy Way on Social: It’s About Seeding

S1 E5: “Selling” the Non-Sleazy Way on Social: It’s About Seeding

I first heard the word "seeding" as a new entrepreneur and didn’t totally get it at first, but I soon saw how important it is - especially when it comes to not coming off as smarmy when talking about yourself and your business.
When you get down to it, conversations lead to clients. But the important distinction here is where you are coming from in those conversations.
If you've ever asked yourself “I know I need to sell if I’m in business, but how do I do that without coming off as THAT person?” then this episode is for you.
People don’t like being sold to in a gross way just like you don’t, and this episode connects the dots and shows you how to do it in a way that feels good.

S1 Ep 04 The State Akin to Sleep

S1 Ep 04 The State Akin to Sleep

The “state akin to sleep” (SATS) right before you go to sleep or upon waking up is an incredibly potent state. This is where your body is relaxed, but you still have control over your mind. The racing thoughts from your day subside and you’re in a blissful half awake, half asleep state.
SATS impresses your subconscious at a time when it’s most receptive, and the least effort is required, and then while you’re sleeping your mind goes to work on it. The subconscious is key because it’s non-selective by nature, and it accepts what you feel (positive or negative) and creates it in your world. You impress your subconscious through feeling as though it is already done.
The truth is, the time period before you go to sleep, let’s say the 10 minutes before, is crucial to creating your life. The concept of yourself that you have as you slip into sleep is what manifests outward.
Life responds to us based on our state. What we experience in the 3D is only showing us what our concept of ourselves is, and we’re in total control of that. SATS is one way to condition yourself to this new way of being automatically, and this episode shows you how.

Invaluable and amazing advice!!

Christine totally gets it. Hands down one of the best coaches in the business! She has a unique way of really honing in on what matters for women in their business and life. Anyone can talk about the strategic aspects of running your own business but what Christine brings to the table is this: an honesty and a vulnerability from her own experiences that truly make this podcast one to listen to. And one to learn from. Thank you Christine!
