What It Takes To Be Happy: Episode 081

We feel like we have to jump over a bunch of hurdles in order to achieve it, a task that seems near impossible. But happiness is not a destination at all; it's a habit. It takes a lot of work and a lot of practice and patience, but, just like any positive habit, once adapted, it can work wonders in our life.
