Fitness during these times!

Kate, maybe you should shout out us fitness instructor’s who have had their gyms close while this quarantine is taking place! I’m 57 years old, I am going live teaching my class right now. My class tunes in and we are still working out together! I’ve gotten so many messages of thanks because they say it helps them feel ‘normal’! I’ve even had many new people join in! From Texas to Florida to even Mexico!! I knew this shutdown was coming, so we let our clients ‘check out’ dumbbells, step and a residence band so they would have what they need! We go live on FB from my gym page ! Eastlake Athletics club I’m elkhart In!!
