I freaking love you! Thank you for sharing your beautiful, loving heart and helping so many of us through hard times! This year I have grown so much and I felt like I really needed some good self love skills to keep all of what I’m learning and resurfacing from my traumatic childhood from getting to me in negative ways. I love this podcast and listen to it while I’m working my job at KingSoopers as a Clicklister (shopping for those who don’t want to be in the stores and risk getting sick). I find myself stopping and taking a few notes so I can look back at it and journal about some of the things you say. ANYWAYS! I am sending you so much love!
