This Doggone Unrelenting Uncertainty of Today’s World Has Totally Scrambled My Leadership Compass.

Uncertainty has always been a part of our world, but with Covid 19 and all the disruptions it has caused it looks like uncertainty is now a permanent, unrelenting worldwide fixture rather than something that happens in response to a particular crisis and then recedes. Despite how much we may dislike uncertainty, learning how to not only accept, but truly embrace it and the new possibilities it brings is one of those fundamental leadership skills for our time. If you’d like to learn how to make this leadership switch, give a listen to my interview with executive coach, leadership consultant and six-time Ironman triathlon finisher Bobbie LaPorte.

Work Life Balance

Very relevant topic these days when so many are working from home and finding ourselves even more out of balance. My family is ready to stage an intervention with me! This idea of work life integration sounds promising.

Should I go or should I stay?

I am new to podcasts. I was browsing through the library and came upon this jewel. This coach on Demand podcast by Dr. Greg Ketchum has all the elements anyone could ask for. The podcast was laugh out loud humorous at the same time being very informative. I can understand how Dr. Greg became known as the “ Frazier of the Cubicle “ on the San Francisco news channels.

Please keep the podcasts coming and I can’t wait to listen to the next. Thanks for making learning fun, effortless, and entertaining.
