Cool & Infirmative
Very neat podcast. The enthusiastic hosts know a lot about western novels, movies, and tv shows. They even count many of the authors among their friends and personal acquaintances. And, as published authors themselves, the hosts walk the walk as well. The best part is being introduced to things you never heard of before (like “northerns,” westerns set in Canada and the Yukon focussing on Mounties).
Six Gun Justice
I found this podcast through a mention on the Paperback Warrior podcast - great content if you love insightful discussion about the western fiction genre. Keep up the great work guys!
PS: I’d love to see a retrospective or even an author interview with Ralph Cotton some day.
Fallen
I don't think I've fallen so hard for a podcast so quickly. I've been looking for something like this. I listen to many, MANY book-related podcasts; none of which ever talk about westerns. Finally I get to hear smart, enthusiastic people talk about a seemingly forgotten genre. I've always loved westerns - both movies and books - and yet I'm far from knowledgable. I can't wait to keep learning more. Thanks, y'all, for bringing this to the world.
