The Bar is Open! Each week, skeptical investigator Kenny Biddle hosts a Q&A show where listeners are encouraged to grab an adult beverage and ask paranormal-related questions. I'll offer my own skeptical opinion based on my experience, knowledge, and Google.

I have four simple guidelines;
1 - I welcome paranormal-related questions if you're interested in a more skeptical point of view.
2 - I don't know everything, so I may very well answer "I don't know". I don't make things up. However, I love to look up new things...so we can all learn something new.
3 - This is for fun. It's an open Q&A for friendly discussion of topics from different viewpoints. So, don't be a dick.
4 - It's a virtual bar, so grab yourself a real adult beverage and join in. When I'm feeling REALLY good, that's when the Skeptical Help Bar closes for the night.

If questions & comments need to be clarified, guests are encouraged to come on as a guest! I enjoy talking, plus it's nice to hear a voice other than my own! I might even have a special guest on from time to time that can offer more insight on specific topics.

Skeptical Help Bar_ Theme - Talking Boards

In this episode, we're talking about talking boards! Kenny starts out with a cliff notes version of the history of the talking board, then we dive into viewer questions and experiences. Kenny shows some of the many boards he has and relates some of his experiences. Oh, we also see the first viewer booted from the show (for not following one of the three SIMPLE rules).

The Skeptical Help Bar - Mick West

The Skeptical Help Bar - Mick West

The Skeptical Help Bar welcomes Mick West to the show! Mick is a writer and a debunker. He used to be a video game programmer who now focuses on investigating and explaining conspiracy theories such as Chemtrails, 9/11 controlled demolition, and False Flags. He also cover topics such as UFO’s, pseudoscience, Flat Earth, photo analysis, and quackery.
His 2018 book, Escaping the Rabbit Hole, examines the full spectrum of conspiracy theories from 9/11 to Flat Earth, and looks at how people get into them, how they get drawn down the rabbit hole, how they get out, and how you can help. Interviews with former conspiracy theorists show that there is hope even for the most deeply entrenched conspiracist. Mick explains the key flaws with popular conspiracy theories, and how to talk to people who believe in them.
His primary website, Metabunk.org, is where he posts and discusses various investigations. It is a polite forum of and about debunking. Metabunk gets 10,000 visitors a day and has an active discussion community.
He hosts the podcast, Tales From the Rabbit Hole, which is an interview-style podcast focusing on people whose lives have been affected by the conspiracy theory rabbit hole. Mick was recently elected a Fellow with the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry.

The Skeptical Help Bar - Paqui One Chip Challenge edition

The first part of this episode is "Open Mic" night, taking on general questions about ghosts, UFOs, and cryptids. In the second part, JD Sword and Kenny take part in the Paqui One Chip Challenge to raise money for the Cancer Research Institute. We both ate the chip and suffered intense burning and not-so-nice feelings...but we raised over $600 for our charity.

    The Skeptical Help Bar

    The Skeptical Help Bar

It's "Open Mic" night at the Skeptical Help Bar - I take on your questions about various topics. We get into investigations methods, vampires & werewolves, we take a look at a slightly inappropriate SLS kinect video of a "ghost," and much more. The start of the show is a bit rough - I was late getting ready and Facebook was giving me some problems, but it gets back on track quickly.

AMAZING

One of the best podcasts out there that will keep you entertained and asking for more each time.

Excellent

Absolutely give this a try! Kenny Biddle is bright and entertaining. The difference between Kenny and most skeptics is that his ego is firmly under control and his research is up to date. It is clear he is intelligent, passionate, curious and wants to engage.

My only feedback is perhaps you could edit the podcast so there is not so much of the YouTube back and forth/conversation on the pod, as it is definitely a distraction.
