Can you believe we’ve already reached the penultimate letter of Patrick Carter and Lynn Whitbeck’s “PERFORMANCE” in Sales series? Over the last several months, these two sales experts have taught us their top sales power skills, as illustrated by their “PERFORMANCE” acronym. But this isn't just empty rhetoric to fill in job roles. Collaboration truly is vital to your success as an individual and to the success of any team or partnership.
Why is collaboration so crucial to sales? One major factor is the simple fact that sales is all about relationships. You're building relationships with your clients, and how well you work with them can either make or break your future with them. Patrick and Lynn share their own examples illustrating how collaboration (or a lack thereof) has helped or hindered their own sales careers.
