Look no further for a sleep podcast.

This is my new sleeping obsession. After years of insomnia and being unable to get to deep sleep easily I found that background noise is helpful. There are so many options out there but I am so glad to have found this podcast. This man's voice and accent are so soothing that I can't even make it to the five minute mark. It used to take up to an hour for me to relax enough to begin to fall asleep even with white noise or music. Can't wait for more. Even if I only hear it subconsciously.
