Literally my savior

I can’t lie I was skeptical at first. I was someone who struggled to fall asleep every night and I would wake up multiple times once I did fall asleep. I’m medicated for this but still found myself really struggling with sleeping. I found this podcast and didn’t expect anything of it. I would joke saying “oh I’m gonna wake up tomorrow in another country with the hypnosis”. But I am so glad I gave it a chance. Now I listen to an episode every night and find myself falling asleep before the end of every episode. Thank you both so much for creating this and helping people everywhere. Keep it going!!
