Recipe: New York Times Cooking

Ingredients:
·      2 ounces vodka
·      1 ounce grenadine
·      8 ounces Sprite
·      1 maraschino cherry
·      Ice

Instructions: Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka and grenadine. Top with Sprite and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
·      3/4 ounce gin
·      3/4 ounce triple sec
·      3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
·      3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
·      2 dashes absinthe
·      Ice

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Today’s Happy Hour Special 🍸 Blackberry Paloma Mocktail 
Recipe: Moody Mixologist

Ingredients:
·      4 fresh blackberries
·      5 dashes smoked chili bitters
·      1/2 ounce lime juice
·      6 ounces grapefruit soda
·      1 ounce butterfly pea tea (room temperature)
·      Ice

Instructions: Prepare butterfly pea tea according to package instructions and let cool. Muddle three blackberries in the bottom of a glass. Add bitters and lime juice. Muddle again. Top with ice and grapefruit soda. Add butterfly pea tea and garnish with the remaining blackberry.

Today’s Happy Hour Special 🍸 Mudslide
Ingredients:
·      2 ounces vodka
·      1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
·      1 ounce Kahlúa
·      1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
·      Chocolate syrup

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Bailey’s, Kahlúa and heavy cream. Shake until well chilled. Decorate the inside of your favorite cocktail glass with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Strain the shaker into the decorated glass and enjoy!

Recipe: Allianna's Kitchen Grapefruit Mocktail
Ingredients:
·      1 cup grapefruit juice
·      1 cup club soda
·      1/2 small jalapeño
·      1 teaspoon lime juice
·      Ice
Instructions: Mix grapefruit juice, lime juice and club soda in a glass. Add ice. Garnish with 2–5 jalapeño slices, stir and serve.

Ingredients:
·      2 ounces bourbon whiskey
·      3/4 ounce lemon juice
·      3/4 ounce honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
·      3 drops saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
 
Directions:
Serve in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon wedge. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
